What we collect

When you ask about a home or request a viewing we store your name, the email address and/or phone number you give, your message, and your preferred viewing date and time. We do not ask for your address, date of birth, income or identity documents.

Why

Only so that the letting team can reply to you about that home and arrange a viewing. Your request appears in the staff console as an enquiry. It is never shown on the public site.

Security and abuse prevention

To stop spam we limit how often requests can be sent. For this we keep short-lived, one-way hashes of your network address and contact details, and a shortened form of your network address in the activity log. Your message is not written to logs.

Demo visit and evaluation notifications

When activity reporting is enabled, the creator, Edwin Mariti, receives emails when this demo is opened, when a configured test account successfully signs in, and with summaries of page sections viewed. These include UTC timestamps, your IP address, browser and approximate device information, referring website hostname, and the test account used. Shared accounts and network addresses do not identify an individual.

A first-party visit cookie groups activity for 30 minutes. Page categories are reported by your browser; sign-ins are verified by the server. Passwords, session tokens, record IDs, query strings, search terms and form contents are not included. There is no keystroke recording or session replay.

Temporary activity records expire after 30 minutes; pending email jobs and suppression records expire within 24 hours. Notification emails remain in the creator’s mailbox until deleted. SMTP providers process emails for delivery.

Your choices

You do not need an account, and nothing is sent to you except replies about your request. Use “Stop activity reporting” in the activity notice to stop subsequent visit and demo-login notifications in this browser. This stores an opt-out preference for one year; clearing cookies resets it. Dismissing the notice alone does not disable reporting. Already sent emails cannot be recalled. Contact edwinmariti95@gmail.com to request deletion of notification emails.
